New to WNUMC? Here's what to expect.

What should I wear?

Dress is “come as you are” in all worship experiences. Whether you'd rather dress up or down, there is no dress code for our worship - we just want to see you here!

When is worship and how long is it?

Worship is every Sunday at 10:30 am and lasts approximately 60 minutes.

What is worship like?

We begin and end with prayer. We love to sing both contemporary songs and traditional hymns. We recite the Lord's Prayer and participate in Holy Communion through an open table every Sunday. The sermons are Biblically based, but are relatable and applicable to every day life.

Don't worry about your little ones making noise, we love the sound of children's voices.

We practice radical hospitality, so we hope you will feel very welcomed from the time you enter the building.

What do you have for children?

We offer age appropriate lessons and activities for children ages 3-9 during the sermon in KidZone.

We offer a Wiggle Room for younger children and babies who need space to play and explore. You are able to listen to the service while your kids play.

What do you have for youth?

Youth, ages 10-17, are encouraged to stay in the sanctuary. There are sermon notes available that they can complete. The kids are active in the service by taking up the offering, lighting the candles and participating in communion. They also have the opportunity to join the Youth Leader outside of the sanctuary twice a month for missions projects during the sermon.

Will you ask me for money?

We receive an offering each service, but we have no expectation for guests to give.

Can I attend if I'm __________ ?

Yes. Fill in the blank with whatever you're worried about, you are loved just the way you are and we'll welcome you as child of God. Come visit us this Sunday!
